I hope I am not wasting anyones time but I got this in a lot of other toys and I think it is a worthless repop but I could not find an exact same one, is it the $5 item I think it is or did I get lucky?

It's from the 70s... I think there is also a wagon being pulled by horses, wagon would be full of
little plastic crates and has a driver with umbrella.... looks to be in shape... good little display piece.

Nothing wrong with that piece for 5 bucks. Think it was $20'ish in the early 70's.
