Great job Creighton, the most important information from each sale is retained.
I can't open the link to see how the data is displayed but I sure wish I could.
The only input I have so far is to index products the same as SMC listings, by Make then Model then Type.
Vendo > 81 > D.........Stoner > 180 > candy.

Again, thanks for your time on this.

I second that. I just put in a couple of sales from this past summer. The multivend vendo could be a 110 or 81D, so the data will be way skewed.

Ok, my 2 cents again, I think the amount paid question may be a little private, and does not help our data on sales and nobody will dislcose it anyways.

The destination country may sound irrelevant to some but I have only sold 3 machines recently on ebay,
a 39, 44 and 81........and high bidders on all of them were foreign, 2 Australia and 1 Germany.

The media advertising section may help us in more than one way.
For this price guide to work we can't rely on the sellers to contribute, SMC members will do most of the input but we need to work together.  For example, there is a nice Pepsi 81 on Ebay right now and several members have been watching it. When it sells we certainly want someone to record the sale, but only once.
So if we select         E-bay > date of sale    will the report help us prevent double entries?

Well I don't like the way it works. Only seems to graph on select drop down box entries.
Going to try to edit sell price part. Stand by :-)

Can't edit the entry form. Seems I missed a couple of invisible hoops in the Submit part (Save didn't cut it).
Typical of Google. Losing interest in this project fast.

Hey I didn't see your edit earlier, don't push it Buddy.
At least you got the idea got further off the ground than any of us in our previous discussions.

Thanks all for giving it a try!
Broke down and did the dreaded RTFM thing. See how to get it working now.
Please do not add any more records as they will be lost.

Let everyone know when it is ready for another test.

01_B should be up here now:
<iframe src="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/embeddedform?formkey=dEhPWjZOcm5MaFowbHUydHA4ckZWekE6MA" width="760" height="1181" frameborder="0" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0">Loading...</iframe>

Anyone with time please poke some new data in. Anything will do.
Put the web browser you are using and any issues in the comments section. May not play well with MS IE.

Overall spreadsheet should be available Here: Usable graphs and charts are down the road.

Hey All,
Would like to move this project to working but needs improvement on my calender.
A better population of drop the boxes is needed.
Please let me know what else is required or whatever.
Can put in a few more hours and hope it will be done for awhile.
Thanks!
