Hi, guys.  I picked up this neon clock not too long ago and was looking for some information on manufacturer, year, etc.  There are no identifying marks or tags.

Also, unlike some other vintage clocks I've seen, there is no pull string to turn the neon on and off.  What the best way to display this without keeping the neon on all the time?

You will have to open it up and separate the clock wires from the neon transformer and add your own switch.you may have to get a toggle switch and drill a 1/4 hole in body to stick it thru.

It looks to me like it should have an advertising display ring that would cover the neon(lit by the neon). I think there's one on ebay right now. Belfast Spring Water or Sparkling Spring Water maybe.

Thanks for the info, guys.  I'll look into adding a switch.

Any idea about what company might have manufactured this clock?  I've looked around on the below site, but can't seem to find a match:

My guess is Glo-Dial.  I agree with Tom, it seems tobe missing the outer advertising  ring.

You might be right.  This one looks pretty similar (numbering style, exterior shape and finish, etc.) and has a Glo-Dial tag:

My guess is Glo-Dial.
