Looking for replacement Ranco thermostat

I'm sure I could go with a variety of thermostats, but can anyone help me on this Ranco thermostat?  It's in the Atlas slider I'm restoring.  The unit cools find but the adjustment knob on the thermostat is stuck so I thought I would replace it.  There is no model number or other helpful information on the unit to identify it.  I've searched google and found one that looks similar but it's in white and not in the US (http://tinyurl.com/awhkmy5
).  Anyone know where I could find a similar one?

Looks like It's a low pressure control as opposed to an actual thermostat. does it have a 1/4" flare fitting on the capillary end or a thermostatic bulb? (temperature sensing end)

Looks like a bulb.

Here's a link, these are industrial quality controls ( IE: not cheap) they may be replaced with a standard refrigeration thermostat with the appropriate length capillary/sensing end

I ended up going with a new version of that same Ranco that was on my Atlas slider originally.  I'm not as familiar with these so I want to make sure I understand it correctly.  Is the "Cut-in" temperature the temperature at which the compressor will kick on? I guess this is also referred to as the "High Event" on the thermostat itself (right side on first picture).  And then the "Differential" setting is how many degrees the unit will cool before the compressor stops? This is the "Diff" on the left side of the first picture.

I like my sodas pretty cold and would rather have them a little frosty versus a little warm.  Does anyone suggest an ideal setting?  I know a lot depends on the location of the probe and how well the unit is universally cooled, but I thought some here would probably have a good idea.  Let me know if you have any suggestions.  Thanks.

I think you have the in's and out's figured out.
I like my adult beverages really cold, but that does not treat the soda/kiddie drinks too well.
Coca Cola always recommended a 32-38 degree range, but I drag it down a bit to 30-36 and it seems to satisfy everyone.
