I have a Vendo 44 with National Rejector problem,I put in a dime and and it goes past the coin ejector to the holding spot. The handle will not move down to dispense a bottle. I have to move the handle up and down several times to get the dime to fall out the coin return.The door is open so I no it is not the T handle inside hanging up on the clutch and the Fill flapper inside is taped down so it does not read empty. Can somebody help me. I"m new at this, Thanks Victor
