Great machine Brian. I bet that weighs a few pounds. I made a lot of slush mix when I was back in high school and working at the Dairy Queen. We used to mix it up in a stainless steel milk can. There was a small package of

from Dairy Queen that went into five gallons of hot water and then we added a five pound bag of sugar. You had to mix it with hot water so it would all dissolve!

Then you cooled it in the walk in and added it to the machine as needed.
I am sure the kids will love that one in the summer!
