Well Tina and I spent a few hours wandering around the Old Sled Works in Duncannon PA today.  Cool place, former sled making facility turned into an antique/craft mall.

We saw Jimmy's collection of machines and ate lunch in the Soda Fountain while watching 3 Stooges on the collection of vintage TVs. I got a Coke out of his Cav slant-shelf and later bought a Cherry soda from his 7-Up slider.

I played a game of pinball in the arcade and my youngest played one of the shooting gallery games.  After I showed him how to sight down the rifle, he did pretty darn well.

I bought a nice yellow wood Coke crate with dividers for $20 (to store some extra bottles) and Tina bought an old sled and a couple of other odds and ends to decorate the house.

Hi Tim,
No sir - I have too many Coke machines on my "wish" list for now.   biggrin

That stoner Coffee machine is for sale though if anyone is interested.  I don't really know anything about it, but Jimmy is a member so I'm betting he'll chime in if anyone has any questions.   Price tag on it said $800.

I can send some better pics of it if anyone is interested - I took a couple with my phone that are decent but too large to post here.

I'm not sure how they are all fed - I assume a basic RF converter hooked to the antenna input on the TVs.  The Stooges looked like they were off a DVD.  They were all pretty clear, I got a kick out of one that the vertical hold was either failing or needing adjustment.  It's been a long time since I saw a TV with a picture that was "rolling".   biggrin

Had forgotten all about the rolling. The snow storm effect was a nice feature as well :-)

WHo here remembers the anthem being played when the channel would sign off for the night?
Getting up to change the channel?
Getting up to adjust the rabit ears?
Weather men who stood behind glass and wrote backwards about the temps?

A few channels I even remember would play the anthem, then play God Save the Queen!
Then, in my teenage years, if I fell asleep on the couch watching a movie, if the single tone of the colour bars didnt wake me up, the exercise shows at 5:30 am sure did! lol
