When you use a button (on a DNCB 276CC 162-6 1994 model) to close the relay and fool it into thinking someone put money in, does it hurt anything if you don't get the drink right away.  Will it hurt if you leave it ready to vend for an hour or so?

You may burn out your credit relay, but some late 80's machines have a time-out circuit that prevented this & dumped the "credit" after a given time period, usually two minutes.

Thanks again johnieG.  I guess, to play it safe, I should just go ahead and vend when it says I can.
