 Fill them at least half way so the switches are activated to indicate the machine can deliver change. |

 Yes, if no change is in the tubes. It should produce a used correct change light. Check to make sure the little metal tabs are not stuck in on the coin mech. Also check you light bulb.

 Nope, it doesn't effect the cooling system, It's on a seperate electrical circut. (or should be anyways

 Have you loaded nickels into the nickel tube(s)...?
 Does the machine deliver when dimes & nickels are used...?
