I believe funtronics has repop's if you don't find any originals

The can shelves are different than the bottle shelves so you should be specific.

Spring loaded shelves were used in the roundtops, and I have owned a few that were in early transitional machines.

Later square tops used shelves without the spring loaded guide. and yes can stack and bottle stack machines use two different type of shelves.

I know the original can shelves were designed so that the lip of the old steel pop-top cans would interlock as they rolled down. I can't see why todays cans wouldn't work with a bottle shelf. I do not have a lot of experience with can assemblies though. Could someone enlighten me as to why can racks NEED can shelves to work?

The main difference is the cans must stay forward of the kicker. The length is the same, notches may be slightly different but bottle shelves probably could be used with the addition of spacers.
      Pic of both below.

Aren't there adjustment holes on the stack shelves like on bottle stacks?

Can stacks have the holes. but the rectangular shaped can-gates are permanently bolt in place, as they is no need to adjust them for cans.

Was out looking at the difference between my bottle and can shelves. Moondawg's Picts do a good job of showing the difference. Seems that the bottle shelf should be easy to make work.

There is a website that has v56 can shelves but they are more expensive than the repop's at soda-jerk works and funtronics.

I have a 3D Pepsi cap sign with no frame, but I forget if it's for a V63 or V56, what is your signs dimensions? (Height x Wide across the face)

I have to go over to my storage unit & get the measurements, but I'm pretty sure it came off of a VF56 & I'll send you a P.M.
