Just picked up this Acorn machine, I think its on the original stand, any experts agree or disagree.  All it needs is a new lock and it will be complete and in nice original condition

Careful these babies bread like rabbits... I currently have over 70 wall hangers and gumball machines.
Once they get going there is no stopping them..

Your Acorn does look to be a keeper.  I agree that they are addictive,...I have several as well as a couple of beautiful Ford gumball machines.

Even if it was in poor condition they are a super simple restoration, easy to disassemble/reassemble, and parts are inexpensive and easy to come by.

thanks guys, i checked crowriver, wasnt sure which one to order, any advice on the lock i need?

I actually already have 3 gumball machines, the coolest being this NOS peanut machine

The Oak. Machines take a standard 1/4-20 threaded lock.

I buy the locks from gumballdirect.com.  They have both style of locks.
