Need Parts For CMD-D Dry Chest Cooler. Help..

Hello guys.... I need a few parts that were missing on my CMD-D Dry Chest cooler. Its got the round Evaporator on the box at the top the fan motor and fan is mounted with a top round piece of galvanized. I'm missing the Fan Blade mounting bracket and round piece of metal. I was hoping someone would have a few spare parts for this box, or point me in a direction to locate them. Is there a service manual out there that shows my how it mounts?
Heres a picture of the way my box should look. Its the round Evaporator type. Thanks for any help you can give me.
