Vendo 23...need help

Hey guys, I need a little help. I saw this Vendo 23 for sale for $400. Not sure if its a good deal. It has the drum with all of the bottle holders, but is missing the vending box? Not sure what that means. It looks like a silver top but I thought only the deluxe version came that way, but that would mean the coca cola should be embossed. But its not, its just painted. So if memory serves me, the top should be red. Right?

The Top looks Like The Deluxe Model .If it were a True !! Deluxe There Would Be a Front Pannel That Would Be Embossed .
And By Vending Box Coin Box ? Cap Catcher Box ? Lower Door Shelf ?

Just got an update, The coin mechanism is there but the coin box is gone. I was also wondering what they sell for when restored?

There should be 6 slots where a sign use to be .They got ripped off alot and would put a decal on
