This is a double dot pepsi cooler near me, it has some sort of stand that is supposed to be original. I thought I took a picture of the stand, but apparently not. Is there any way to tell a repop stand from the originals? I'm trying to see what a good offer would be and what it should be selling for. I saw one on ebay, but that didn;t sell.
Any help would be appreciated.

That's a nice cooler. I would imagine it might bring $250.00 without the stand. I too am interested in what the others here might say about this one.

The value without a stand is $150-200 in the Michigan area. Never having seen a stand, I can't chime in on its value/authenticity.
Repops were made by Retro Vending, but I don't think they look close in comparison.

I read that one so I know I have to watch out for repros, it does no speak to value of an original.. Or how to figure out if it is a repop or original

For the cooler goes I think $150-200 is right on. The only Original Stand I've ever seen was a coke, as far as value goes, hard to say, I'm guessing $250-500. Any quality repro stand(Vintage Vending)is worth a solid $150-250 unpainted. My 2 cts. TFJ

I'm not sure about the red lettering being original; the white lettering is all I have ever seen over the years...

Spoon-feeding Newbies since 2001... Yeah..220,221 whatever it takes. Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon! The Vendo V-83 is the '59 Edsel of the coke machine world. ;p Spray painting does NOT restore a compressor 11 is louder than 10... "Hope" is good, but it's not an action plan.
