Its in route to me now, no rust, looks like all the original parts are their. Someone painted over the handle and lid and did a crappy job. Petretti's 12th edition has the value at $1400. Some came with handles on the side, this one does have them. Measurements are 14 H X 25 long and 12 wide.
 Here is a teaser pic.

I saw one at an antique store and it sold for $299.00.  It only lasted 3 hours.
The inside lid when you open int should embossed.

Hard to tell, so many of these are faked, flip it over & see if it's a hack-saw-special regular junior cut just below the embossing |

It's a real junior, the dimensions confirm it. They all had recessed handles, this one has plates covering them and homemade handles screwed on instead. Why? |

It will be here in couple of days, these are pic the owner had, I'll have a better idea of condition. I can not find any pictures of what type of handle came with these. Heres the one at Vintagevending.com that is restored.http://www.vintagevending.com/the-westinghouse-half-junior-ice-chest Pic of the front. |

JohnieG, this one does meet the right dimensions and the embossing on the front and ends are totally different than a junior. |

That's good to here, sorry for the late posting response, our power went out for about 4 hours due to some nasty T-storms rolling through. |

Not all Westinghouse chest machines had the embossed Coca Cola under the lids, They came both ways like pictured above and embossed.
