Hi All,
On a big door 81 does the coin return on the bezel have a spring to hold it up? Second on the main door latch that is held on with the 3 screws it has a rear mounted housing. Is there a spacer that takes up the step created by the door fabrication. Without a spacer or something the latch and housing mounts really crooked.
Thanks in advance for your responses, Jeff

Welcome to the board.
Yes there is a spring on the bent coin release. Looking at mine it appears to be a @ 1" long 1/4" standard coiled spring.
Sorry can't help on the latch.

The door latch assembly also uses a spring mounted inside that inner housing.
