Well, here's what i've won off of Greedbay (EBay) an old RC Cola soda cooler, (Ice) looks like a 30's/40's logo, embosed on all four sides, galvanized liner
question is...anybody know what manufacture it might be?  '<img'>  to me it looks like an Atlas Standard, but does the Atlas have the same side-entry for the emptys case?

whatever it is ...I luv the looks!

Yeah.... That's what I've been asking?!... Saw it when it first
went on and posted the question. Congrats! Hope you find
out who and when. And if you restore it.....please post it for us. It's rare I'm sure.

Good Score!

Looks Good Johnie!

There's no ID tags...?
To me, it's a little "boxy/square" looking but I definately like the logos!
Hopefully we can identify the manufacturer/model...

My six cents,

I'm bringing it home today, Jim & I'll give it a good going over, everything you see on all four sides is embossed! even the little "RC" pyramid & star!  Definetly pre-war, It came out of a Masonic Temple near Eaton rapids, MI. they bought it new & I'm the second owner, the lady who sold it, about (75 years old) said she used to get soda out of it when she was a girl running around the temple with her dad at family functions there...so mid 20's to 30's   '<img'>   it has a galvanized liner, little iron casters a drain hose & valve identicle to a pre-war westinghouse standard ice cooler, pitch/tar on the bottom to seal the thick jute/fiberboard bottom insulation, it had a crown catcher & bottle opener ( gone) & the handles for the lids are diecast potmetal & one is cracked in half the other has a chunk missing, the hinges are chromed potmetal, and the lids are solid, no rust, and appear to be insulated with wood inside ( heavy) it's seem deeper than a westinghouse standard inside & of course the case storage is on the sides instead of the front/rear.....looks like I'm going to be researching for a while! I'll post some better Pic's when I get it off the truck....over all a nice find!

'59 El Camino.  Classic.  Always wanted a '59 Chevy.  There WAS a time when you could pick one up on the cheap because they were considered the ugly brother to the '55 through '57 Chevys.

I need a time machine... ''
