What is the proper value on the crossing guard? Ive seen them in good condition going for $1500? No idea the value.

The owner swears the Coca Cola Policeman was NOT there when he took this picture. It only showed up after the picture was developed at the local CVS. Upon further investigation, the homeowner found out that in 1962, a Coca Cola Policeman accidentally fell on a stop sign and died in that in that very same room!  Creepy, huh?

Do you notice that with all the technology certain "ghost-hunters" ( infrared detectors, electrical-field strength meters, etc.) bring to the site of an alleged "haunting" they never seem to have simple video camera on a hat & have it pointing in the same direction the  "investigator" is looking when he/she would yell   "DID YOU SEE THAT???!!!!"  or maybe a 360 degree lens camera on the top of each shoulder so they could "prove" to the rest of us that they are credible...oh well
