How hard to replace or repair that interior tub? Coin mechs easy to find for this model?

Finding another bottle basket can be tough, but I bet you could have duplicate bottle tubes rolled since you have samples.
You are just missing the slug rejector, which is not as difficult to find as the whole mech. I think I have a dime rejector.

I've actually have gotten the bottle holders ( the metal tubes) reproduced at my local muffler shop, same diameter, bring them a sample & they'll cut as many as you need.  smile

My Vendo 23 just arrived tonight. Looks really good, but a few things will need attention. First thing I want to do is repair the bottle drum. Can anyone offer insight into how i go about removing the drum?

You have to discharge the system, disconnect it and then lift the drum out. I do remember some wooden spacers between the drum and liner like it 2, 4, 8 & 10 o'clock.
It was so long ago that I messed with mine!

The problem with the 23 is every machine has differences it seems like. Some people have said the whole system slides out the back - mine was not like that!
