Cavalier 51 value?

What is the value on a fully restored pristine Cavalier 51? I know these are less desirable then the Vendos, but this one is cherry. Sorry I don't have pics, but if you can ballpark it for me.
Dude is asking $2700.

I'd pass, it's restored, true, but you can find a nice original V-81 for the same price & vend multiple flavors.

If you want a Cavalier wait to find a 72, or a 96. The 51's as mentioned only vend one flavor. Keep looking, they are out there!!
