Westinghouse wc-42 t

My friend just bought a Westinghouse WC 42 T Coke machine in good unrestored condition. It's paint is fairly oxidized, but salvagable. It has one ding in it no bigger than a dime. The chrome will need to be refinished. He is in the process of getting it opened (no keys) and he's afraid to plug it in until he can inspect the innards so he doesn't know if it runs yet. Any idea what this machine might be worth? Guess-timate?
