interesting for sure as I had no idea how they actually worked.. so is the reason they are all sealed up like that is because the oil just sloshes around in there like in a crankcase on an engine? (novice cooling guy here!)..

yep, fraction horsepower compressors ( I can them "tin-cans" ) are built with a splash oiling system, just like a 4-cycle lawnmower engine ( a cheap one anyway!) only the "big-boys" ( larger H.P) have a pressurized oil pump like an automobile engine. cool video!
