I laughed...I cried...I said "Whiskey,Tango,Foxtrot!!  censored

My buddy came up with this one on a pick.I wasn't along so I can't elaborate on what was said at the time he came across this, or even what he offered and paid. I guess the olde boy that manufactured this shovel really thought he had something here,"that sure is some heavy metal...should last a lifetime"  darn

You can use it as a reminder of just how stupid people can be.

Is it really any different than having an advertising logo on an ashtray, clock?

I went to a sell not to long ago that advertised a Grapette Button Sign 36 inch.  When I got to the sale I could not believe how bad the condition was on the sign.  The grapette section was almost completely gone and almost scraped clean the edges of the button sign were excellent.  I asked the owner what happened to the sign and he said whenever he had a sick calf he would load them on the sign and use his tractor to pull them to the ditch or barn which ever was called for,  when I told him what a sign like that would be worth he said he sure wished he had used some sheet metal.   I bought the sign for 2 dollars and the grandkids use it for a disc sled works great and it will hold two at a time....I tell them they have the only 300 dollar disc sled on the hill.

My Dad said the same thing about 48" Coke button signs they used as sleds as kids.. being my Grandfather owned the bottling plant and these things were plentiful back then when he was growing up in the 50's... Said they where fast too!  (hope my kids aren't reading this and getting any ideas..)
