I haven't gotten any more spam than usual...same old junk! Thanks to all that have signed!

As more of this story comes to light, I think the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group really sucks!
This is how I see it!
DPSG came out with their own "throwback" soda in honor of their 125th anniversary, the Heritage DP; however, they found that people were still buying the Dublin DP. So, file suit against Dublin for copyright infringement claiming Dublin altered the logo. How is the Dublin DP logo different from the "Heritage DP", "Caffeine Free DP", "DP 10", "Cherry DP" or "Diet Cherry DP" logo? How is Dublin DP confusing the public any more than the other logos? It was not! They are just snuffing out the competition and killing the prosperity of a small 3700 person town in the process. A town who was Dr. Pepper's biggest fan changing their name once a year to Dr. Pepper, Texas in honor of the bottling plants birthday. A bottling plant that produced less than 1/10th of 1% of DPSG's sales. Dublin earned the logo by sticking to it's principles and building a fan base. Corporate should honor Dublin not destroy them!
Corporate greed at it's finest!

Even if you don't sign the petition, consider boycotting the products this A-hole of a company produces. Hit them in the pocket book!
