I am reassembling a Vendo 81D and have lost my disassembly pics.  I have this part that I cannot identify.  Can someone help me?
It is approx 11 inches long and approx 2 inches wide.

       It was located inder the top of the coin return bezel with a piece of rubber in that groove to insulate from the cabinet. You don't see it and don't really need it.

it can still be installed without taking too much apart, but again only needed to help keep water out of the coin mech area if it where to be used outdoors.
