The "candy" decal is not original to the Stoner so the sizing would be up to you. Curtis at Memory Lane sells the decal sets so I would check with him. He is the authority on Stoner candy machines.

Funny thing is, I just applied my "Candy" Block letters on my "almost finished" Stoner Junior today!
What a coincidence this question popped up today...
I have the decals from Curtis and they measure approx 32" high.

Make sure you put on the side with the lock first and then make the other side meet them measurements or one side will be higher than the other. Look at the photos on my website of Stoner Candy Machines www.retrovending.com under photos.

Each block letter is a different shape and size...
The letters from Curtis are on a long strip that has been already formatted properly. As Curtis stated, you apply the whole sheet starting on the lock side from top or bottom depending on preference. I prefer starting at the bottom and working up... You will need to make sure the lock is between letters before applying. Once the "lock side" is applied, measure your distance from the bottom of the cabinet and apply the same measurement to the other side being careful to keep the decals vertically straight.
Attached is a photo showing them...
