Vendo A-23 ( Spin Top) Unknown if Working

Hey anybody know the market value for a non-deluxe version of the Vendo A-23? 

I have contacted the seller a few times.  They cannot confirm, or provide any helpful information regarding the machine. 

Note the picture is taken outside, and one picture only.  Not sure if their is coin mech;or vending drum inside.

I offered $200. They told me to get bent.. it's 4 hours round trip from my house.  My gut says; "Let this one go"  they obviously don't know what they are selling, or how to sell it???

Suggestions, Thoughts?

If the seller can't answer basic questions, I'm thinking he's purposely being evasive. It's not rocket science to lift the lid and  look for a drum.

Wait a few weeks, when the holiday bills arrive in January, he may be more accomodating, In the mean time, I'd keep looking
