The crank handle on my Vendo 110 is getting stuck.  When I pull it down, it won't pop back up (I have to manually pull it up an inch or so to get it to pop back up).  Any ideas on what the problem might be or what I should look for? It worked fine for the first few months but just started acting up.

I would try it with the door open...if it works fine that way, you know it's probably not the coin mechanism. It could be the linkage needs adjusted or the bottle rack is getting gummed up and slowing it down. I'm sure someone here will be able to help you more, but I would try it with the door open first.

First disconnect the linkage and try the mech without anything attached to it....then connect the linkage and with the door open try it again...then try it with the door closed.
If it fails the first test, then it is the mech....if it fails the second test, then I would suspect that you stuffed to much insulation around the linkage and it cannot move freely.....if it fails the third test, then you have an issue with the bottle stack.
Good Luck!

Thank you. I tried all the scenarios you all recommended and it looks like the issue is with the bottle stack. Can I easily take this piece off and clean it up or is it a weekend project?
