Hi All!
Just getting geared up for the Chicago show, counting down the sleeps as my son would say!
This being my first show of this kind, other than the typical furniture antique shows that the wife drags me to that Viagra even couldn't get us to not go to
I'm not sure what to expect in terms of the prices that are out there.
How would you all rate the prices that are being asked for the originals out in the lot, as well as the ability to negotiate the prices.
Are the sellers wearing eBay price goggles, or are they pickers of pickers of pickers, so they have to ask high, etc.....
Would you say the prices are that of Ebay, Craigslist, or more in line of what those on this board estimate machines should be going for.
I understand that the sellers need to make their profit, and I'm all good with that... as they are the ones that found them, lugged them to the show, and have expenses themselves.... Im just wondering if the prices are in line with the actual values of these machines (I know each machine vaires with condition etc... but assuming all being equal
Thanks all in advance!
Look for me at the show... Ill be the guy there with a jacket on and no wife!
