I am looking for a Duncan parking meter model 60 front door with the hours operation window and not the one with the Duncan Meter embossed into it, can anyone help me out?

Can you post a picture?  I know a guy that might have a couple meters, but may or may not be the same one you're looking for.

I'll doublecheck, but am pretty certain the ones I recall seeing out there were a different model.  I will try to let you know as soon as I can find out, but may be a little while as I don't make it out there that often.
