Need some help id'ing cooler

I need a little help. I have friend wondering what model this cooler is. I am inclined to think it is a Westinghouse Master based on the photos in the machines sections and the books I have. However, the attached photos show a place where the cooling lines once ran (I think) which would indicate it is the electric version of the Master. All of the photos I find of the electric version show a permanently solid closed front and this one looks like it had panels that were removed.

The photos are big files in spite of reducing the resolution, I will post 3 diffrent ones.
