I have an early version of the vendo 39 with the wires with boot covers going into the side of the compressor.  Does anyone know where I can find some new wiring harness or and alternate way to redo this?  Picture attached.  Thanks

I don't think you need a pre-fab harness - you have the junction block.
Go to the hardware store and by an 8' - 3/16 outdoor rated extension cord and some 2-wire 16 ga. cord.
Attached is a wiring diagram....

I had checked with Funtronics and they do not carry the harness for this version of the 39.  Thanks for the other info Collecture.  Do the boot covers slip off and can they be used again or can you still buy replacements?  Thanks.

The boots should just slip off. The heat from the compressor may have them stuck to it, so go slow and you should be able to preserve them.
You can search the web for a replacement. Maybe check with some vintage auto parts sites and see if they sell something similar like a spark plug boot.
I'd probably just try to clean up, moisturize and reuse the originals. The machine is not going to be in the elements any more. As long as the connection is covered - it doesn't have to be watertight
