Westinghouse wh22t

I have a coca cola westinghouse wh22t (i am pretty sure I identified it correctly) and was considering refurbishing it for my husband. It is not in bad shape and maybe needs a new coolant system, dents on bottom, minute rust. Basically in decent shape I think. It is app. 6' long two tone color. doors on top, both sides. One side red the other stainless steel? I was told over the phone by a dealer it was not worth refurbishing due to it costing probably $4000.00 and I should dump it. I assume it would be that if it was in real bad shape but it is not. I live in the Chicago area and really need advice as what to do or where to go. Please help as I don't really know what I am doing.  '>
