Please help with some information

Hi this machine was left to us when we bought our house. We know nothing about it. Can you please help with some information and maybe a price. It still works. The only thing major that I have found is a little paint chipping and the lock was drilled out. The is just a very little rust on it also I have inclosed a picture.

I really don't have a value for this particular model...
Perhaps someone may have a better idea for this machine...
If I had to guess, I would estimate between $300 - $500...
