Hello,       A wiring diagram or tell me where the two thermostat wires go.          its on a selvend ss-96.        any help is greatly appreciated.  thank you

To the best of my understanding, the thermostat goes between line voltage and the compressor so when the proper temperature is reached, the thermostat opens and breaks the power to the compressor turning it off. What does the solenoid valves do, run a defrost or water for icemaker? Do you have schematics?

Skip that part about the solenoid valve. I wasn't paying attention. For a minute selvend looked like solenoid. Well they do have the same beginning and ending letters.
