I have a choice-vend 142 cvc that i just got running again.

On #1 setting it cycles from 33 deg to 37, runs for 4 mins and restarts after 6 mins

On #2 setting it cycles from 31 deg to 37, runs for 4 mins and restarts after 5 mins

How long can the temp stay below 32 deg before the cans freeze?

Does it seem to be cycling to much?

I think you have an air leak somewhere or bad T-stat. My machines cycle 2-3 times per hour or less. Do you have product in it? That will help insulate it.

Its full, how would you check thermostat?

I may have not got the door back on tight, is there a procedure to ensure a tight seal?

Thanks

Is the compressor running? If the compressor is running then the tstat is fine. Put a rag or screwdriver in the fan by the compressor to stop it from spinning and then (Watch out as it may be HOT) feel the compressor and see if its running. Don't just go by sound or feel it while the fan is running as it can make it feel like its running. If the compressor is running then feel the output air coming from the evaporator inside the machine. If its really cold then the system is fine but unless the door is WAY off it wouldn't leak too terribly much. Chances are you need a recharge or some refrigeration work done.

Had the cooling system out and checked for leaks and refilled, They said it was working fine.

there is not that much adjustment on the door, may need a new door seal
