The Face plate is correct for this pump.. I have had several of them.. the round part your reffering to is just the design.. the actual whole face plate is square and fills that whole space.. the black round part is just the design and very common for this style pump.. attached is a photo of one I just sold recently... shows the face better.

The pump is a cyclops pum with the sign glass made into the top. These were used by Standard and I have seen alot of these with crowns on top.

Most of the parts are repopped.  Cheese, the host of the Michigan gas fest  sells the crown globes.
They do look cool between a jukebox and pop machine

I'd offer 400,  and mention you will have to  purchase a replacement globe, nozzle and hose and who knows what other trim isn't seen in the picture.
