vmc 81 door liner help

I just bought a new door liner for my vmc 81 and having issues getting it to line up. I know its what holds the rigidity in the door so i've tried to lever it straight and still some will align and others are way off. Does the liner I bought from the SJW have the holes miss aligned or am I missing something?

When putting the screws in did you go from corner to corner.

thanks for the help, I posted this when i was frustrated but I figured that out the hard way. After fighting with it I then went corner to corner then it worked out.
