Don't we all need this!! My only question is, what happens when he passes away? What will happen?
What about when the house is sold?
Now for me, mine would be vintage diner look. Always wanted an art deco roadhouse/diner. Would love to have a seperate building for the collection.
What would yours be like?

I saw that video a few weeks back.  It's amazing how these get around.  The guys from Schaumburg. I believe the house was sold.

That video is like ten years old.  The host is the guy who had the Dirty Jobs show, and now does truck ads and ads for Grainger.

Cool basement.

Yeah that is a young Mike Rowe... someone said 10 years ago... not that must have been a cool show... I'd think a show like that would have success again with all the other "Vintage" related shows like pickers, pawn stars and auction hunters..
That would be fun to watch..
I'd love to have a large Pole Building or oversize Garage type building and have a set up like that, but with a Diner and Gas Station set up... they are out there if you look.. some pretty cool setups... I've attached a few photos of ones I've found.

I sold a Cavalier 64 to this guy about 2 years back and had to deliver it to him he had a 100x60 pole barn and had a London street scape set up
that he was working on ,  he collected foreign car from the 50's to early 60's  he had pub done at that time ,  He was going to have the street lights
wired to work and he had the phone booth set up at that time .

I'll have to stop over and see if I can get pictures. smile

 Good post John. smile

That is so cool! If, I could do one it would be an old theater, with the lobby too! Popcorn machine, Soda Cup machine, etc. Thanks for posting John!
