Welcome to the site!
Newer machine than most have around here and not collectible really.

Similar to this machine in design and paint scheme:

Production dates are probably close - late 60's - early 70's
Someone may chime in with more helpful info, but not everyone drops by SMC daily.

if your just starting out in soda machines, this is not a machine you want to start out with, as soon as you put one dollar in it , it'll be one dollar too  much invested..
but to each their own, and if you like it and want to keep it for yourself, go nuts..
Personally, it's worth more in scrap metal, now and in the future..

just my opionion..

sshaney,

Welcome to the site.  I have to agree with the previous post.  Even at free, the guy should probably be giving you money to haul it away.  While it might make a good garage beer/pop dispenser, the sheer weight of that machine is going to be an issue.  And it would not make a good machine to have in the house.

I suggest holding off until something more desireable comes along--Vendo 56 or 63, Cavalier 64 or 96.

If you like that one, go for it; but, go in knowing that you will not make any money off of that machine and if it breaks down, you may end up paying someone else to haul it away.
