I guess winter is officially here..They are saying up to 16" by end of it ,, on average an inch per hour since about 4am this morning..
Anyone else getting this?

I'll be getting it tonight. Right now we are getting rain, but it is supposed to switch over to snow around midnight and then we will get some lake effect. When all is said and done 6-16 inches by Monday.

I love living next to Lake Michigan...
This Afternoon: Total daytime snow accumulation of 4 to 8 inches
Tonight: New snow accumulation of 6 to 10 inches
Monday: New snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches
Plus the NWS is saying "Heavy Snow" for Monday night!
Looks like I better get some sub plans ready. In the county where I work they are only calling for about 5-8 inches over the same time period. It's only one county to the west, but they are out of the lake effect belt. Two years ago I called off since I got 18 inches overnight and they only got about and inch or two. Some people at work did not understand or believe me!
Having all of this snow and wind makes me enjoy spring so much better!
