does anyone have any parts for this machine? while trying to straighten the rod that makes the policeman turn, I of course broke it.  it is 6 -32 thread on both ends and 2 90 degree bends  censored

If it is threaded on both ends could you use a threaded rod and just bend it where it needs to be bent?

I would hit up the local machine shop or check for a Fastenal store. Where I used to live in GA there was a company that would make bolts for you. They may could make you what you need.

You can try getting a piece of all thread and simply heat it up at the places you need to bend. Pretty easy with a bench vise and a piece of glavenized pipe to help with the radius bend. Can also use the pipe as a cheater bar to help with the bend.

Here is the pic of the rod, anyone work or have access to a machine shop. Just tell me how much I will need two of them.

I bet you could use threaded rod for that. Grainger has that size in a 3 foot length on their website. I think it is between 3 and 10 dollars depending on which one you get.

the length of the rod is about 4 inches total
