Going to look at a Victor cooler on Friday and wanted to know what you guys think. He's asking $600 for it and looks to be pretty nice from the picture he sent me. He say's it's in a small town bar and still sits in its original location over 50 years behind the counter. He said he doesn't know if it runs since it hasn't been used in a while and might be tough to get out. Here is a picture of what he sent. Good deal or not at that price?  |

That looks like the embossed model and both cap catchers are there and the Victor badge is there. The doors don't look all dinged up. Sounds like a decent price to me if the tub is solid. Brian can pick it up and deliver it for you!  Just kidding! I still owe him for the transport job on my 4-door! I agree with brian--go with $400 in hand and see how you do.  Tim |

I might try to build a "Hot Dogger" out of this one. I have been doing my research on the Victor Kooler grill and I read somewhere there is only 5 know to exist. I have a buch of stainless sheet material and a fabricator just down the road from me. Or I just might keep it original if it is really clean. Thanks for the input guys!
