Steve Jebb just proved customer service is not dead. Followed Jims link in the v39 door restoration post to SJW and found some items I need. Had some shipping questions and they were answered in 5 minutes at 7:30 pm my time. Managed to make a fool of myself (not hard) but all was handled with professional responses and I am one happy customer.

You just have to love Steve & Sharon they are great people , And Steve my god that man know's his stuff .
there has been a few times I've  seen  2AM    listing to Steve .  

We are luck that we have great vendors  to help us out and still believe in customer service .
