VF192 won't vend last cans in 1 and 2

Hi, new to the site. Picked up a Vendorlator VF 192 a week or so back. It's in good cosmetic condition but was vanadalized. Latch is broken and the coin mechanism was stolen. I did find the free play wiring diagram and mounted a microswitch under the coin return lever... worked great. I really appreciated finding the info on here.

There is something I'm trying to figure out. Slots 1 and 2 are doubles. Right now I haven't figured out how to get the last can to vend. It will alternate fine but once it's down to one can it won't vend. Is that normal or not?

I think the biggest thing will be replacing or repairing the latch... it's pretty beat. Had a few people over this eve and the machine was great. Beats the hell out of the standard beer fridge.

I am not very knowledgable of the exact workings of the VF-192, but most machines (where you could not physically see the product) would not vend the last few. Reasoning was that when it was filled again, cold sodas were ready to vend.

One other thing I'm having trouble with. I've got 3 of the sold out lights that are shot. I've found the Dixie-Narco lights all over the place but haven't read if they're the same size as the lights in my machine now. Pic of the lights in the machine is below. Rewiring the harness onto the D-N light wouldn't be a big deal but won't do me any good if they don't fit in the tabs on the back of the button.

Your machine looks like it is in really good shape.
The lights may be hard to find - do you have a part number?

I don't, I'll see if I can find one. Might order one of the Dixie lights to see if they're close enough.

Ordered 4 of the Dixie-Norco lights off eBay yesterday. Was only $12 including shipping so figure it's worth the investment to see if they'll work.
