Im getting ready to do some powdercoating and had a few questions. Why did you clearcoat after the silver sparkle? Does the silver not have enough shine or is the clearcoat just for more protection? Also, are you going to powdercoat the cabinet shell inside or paint that instead? Im building my own oven so I'll probably build it big enough to accommodate bigger items like the liner.

For almost all metallics it recommended to use a clear. The metallics don't wear as well as non-metallics and need the clear for protection.

Also, it looks really nice!! biggrin

Yeah, building your own oven is the way to go! I would love to have ove that would fit liners.
