cooling system

I charged my cavalier 64 and it is not cooling any suggestions?? Thank-you in advance.

First a few questions,
    1- what refrigerant was used?
    2 - is the compressor running?
    3 - does the unit have the proper charge?
    4 - is the evaporator fan running?
    5 - what are the pressures on your manifold at?
    6 - is suction pressure to low as a result of either low on refrigerant or a plugged cap. tube?
