Got a great deal on this Carousel Gumball Machine at a moving sale yesterday. I was out walking the dog and noticed this machine standing on the driveway next to the garage. Stopped back and asked what she wanted and she said $4.00. She even had the original manual and receipt from Sears in December 1987!
Just took a few minutes to clean it up and put it back together. There was almost $1.00 in pennies in the machine! Just need to add some gumballs or candy and we are ready to go. I need to pick up a key eventually but for now I can get the top off with my fingers.
I also picked up a nice pair of long pruning shears for $2.00 so it was worth stopping into the sale.
