Upright coke cooler price

My mother has an upright coke cooler model GDM-23.
I found the manufacturer.

THe one pictured on that page does not have the coke logo on it, but my mom's does.
My mom's has the coke logo on the top front, and both sides. Also the glass on the front door has the coke logo on it.

It currently is not working, but was up until a month ago.
My inquiry is 3-fold.
A.what would be a fair price in it's current condition.
B.Would the price dramatically increase if we had it repaired first.
c. Where would I go to sell it. I live in Ohio, but could ship it I suppose.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
