No, I don't think it is worth that much. I would have a hard time paying anything more than $25.00 for it. Even then I don't know what I would do with it.  I don't smoke so I couldn't find a reason to carry it with me and I don't think it is that interesting to look at. I imagine if I collected Zippo lighters it would be a whole different story.

I have a couple of the old Coke Bottle cigarette lighters. I bought them years ago for something like ten dollars each. I have seen them advertised for as high as fifty but I have never seen one actually sell that high. And they are fairly easy to date. furthermore,  they are really cool because they look like a little miniature Coca-Cola bottle. Little black bottle with the Coca-Cola script and white bottle cap.  So they are easy to display and cool to look at.

OK.. I know some people pay big money for special zippos, but I thought that price was crazy..
